Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Lead/CRM Team Leader- Case Management/API/CRM Dynamics- Liverpool, Merseyside- 5 months- Highly Negiotable Day rate via an umbrella SmartSourcing are currently looking for a highly skilled CRM Team Leader/Dynamics 365 Consultant who will be part of a large digital transformation. The successful applicant will take part in design meetings, working with project teams and business users to advise on options for CRM/case management design, configuration, development, and integration. Key Duties: Work collaboratively with user experience designers to deliver/design mock-ups/prototypes. Define the required CRM/case management design and document technical specifications for planned work, including detailing data models and integrations. Lead the build of the CRM/case management workflow, forms, screens, and views. Ensure delivery of necessary interfaces for new end to end digital services Implementing toolkits and APIs, optimising performance, security and scalability. Lead/contribute to testing, wherever possible using automated testing methods. Work in conjunction with enterprise architecture and data teams to ensure all design and build is fit for purpose and aligned to strategic direction and architectural and data principles. Oversee the configuration change management process, and release plans. Define and implement configuration management principles and methodology. Essential Skills Required: Extensive experience of configuring/customising CRM/case management applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics preferably Dynamics 365. A track record of building and maintaining interfaces between MS Dynamics and other applications whether through API or other. Experience of developing in the Visual Studio stack. Experience in Front End and/or Back End development, with detailed knowledge of at least one programming language. o For Back End developers C# is essential, other relevant languages include Ruby, Java, Python, Scala or node.js o Front End developers need CSS and HTML skills, as well as being comfortable with Javascript and bootstrap. Experience in using .net framework. Experience in developing RESTful API web services. A strong understanding of the principles of web security. Desirable: Understanding of the principles of ITIL and service management. Experience of working alongside agile projects to design new digital services. Experience in integrating call center applications with CRM/case management systems. Datamodelling techniques. If interested please apply online in the first instance.
